With more points of contact than Phillips-, slotted-, and square-drive Wood screws, you can firmly press these Torx-drive screws into wood without stripping them or damaging the recess-their threads create a tight hold. All are beveled under the head for use in countersunk holes. Made of zinc-plated steel, they resist rusting in wet environments. To prevent splitting, drill a pilot hole slightly smaller than the Wood screw.
